Account Payable Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to join our finance team as an Account Payable Specialist.

  • Verifying invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Processing accounts payable transactions, including data entry, approvals, and payment processing
  • Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and vendor communications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

We require a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
