Your primary tasks will include verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
As an Account Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining NXT GIG's financial health while ensuring that our vendors and suppliers are paid promptly and accurately.

ResponsibilitiesReview and verify invoices received for accuracy and compliance with company policiesProcess accounts payable transactions, including data entry, approvals, and payment processingMaintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and vendor communicationsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableSupport audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiriesCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless accounts payable processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredProven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to work with large data setsEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
