Our Perth Office is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer to join our team.
About the role
You will provide data entry of invoices into the Business Central
Ensure accurate collating and coding of invoices
Prepare and seek approval of weekly payment runs
Code, reconcile, entry and payment of company credit cards; and
Create and issue sales invoices to franchisees
About you
3 years' experience in a similar role
Demonstrated knowledge in Accounts Payable
Experience in general accounting procedures
Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
