Our Perth Office is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer to join our team.

About the role
  • You will provide data entry of invoices into the Business Central
  • Ensure accurate collating and coding of invoices
  • Prepare and seek approval of weekly payment runs
  • Code, reconcile, entry and payment of company credit cards; and
  • Create and issue sales invoices to franchisees
About you
  • 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Accounts Payable
  • Experience in general accounting procedures
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
