We are looking for a Strategic Designer to join our Residential team to drive growth and profit of the Residential Sales client base. You will not only maintain existing customer relationships but also identify new clients with value adding initiatives and superior service.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be in a hands-on role partnering with key accounts in the residential building sector in SE Queensland with the intent of expanding our relationships to increase revenue for the department.

You will specifically focus on the relationships with key design decision makers to effectively showcase the Beaumont Tiles product range. To be successful in the role, you will have the following:

- Previous Design experience will be highly regarded
- Partner with Builders to select Tiles for display homes
- Offer trending forecast presentations to Builders
- Ability to source and win new business in the residential market
- Optimise existing major accounts
- Provide specialist advice on our products and services
