Key Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Design Leader to reshape the business of one of Queensland's most prolific high-end residential architects.

This role requires taking over client management, design direction, and design management of a high-end residence portfolio with a solid pipeline of national and international work.

The ideal candidate will have 20 years of experience, be registered as an architect in Qld, have high-end residential design expertise, and possess high-level emotional intelligence, client management finesse, and polished presentation abilities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with construction and development arms to ensure integration of development, design, and construction processes, driving design quality, managing projects to agreed timeframes, and meeting client expectations.

International travel may be required, and the ability to lead high-net-worth clients through the journey of design and delivery is essential.
