Job Opportunity: Skilled Revit Drafter

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Drafter to join our team. As a senior member of the drafting department, you will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient Revit documentation across a wide range of residential home designs.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Revit drawings and documentation for residential homes
  • Ensure precision, efficiency, and compliance with building codes and industry standards
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and construction teams to resolve design and buildability issues
  • Mentor and support junior drafters, sharing expertise and knowledge
  • Drive continuous improvement in drafting systems, templates, and processes

About You:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential drafting using Revit
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and NCC/BCA requirements
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring drafting teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
