Residential Design Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our Residential team as a Strategic Designer. This role involves driving growth and profit of the Residential Sales client base.

  • Partner with key accounts in the residential building sector in SE Queensland.
  • Partner with Builders to select Tiles for display homes.
  • Offer trending forecast presentations to Builders.
  • Sources and wins new business in the residential market.
  • Optimises existing major accounts.

To be successful, you will have previous design experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create value and offer superior services.

  • A highly collaborative approach, being a team player, and having a trusted adviser mindset.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed time management and reporting skills.
  • Technological savvy.
