**The Position**
Position Title: Administration Coordinator - Health Information Services
Classification: HS2
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,568.00
Hours per fortnight: 80 with ADO every 4 weeks, or 76 without ADO
Employment Status: Permanent Full Time

**Role Description**
The Administration Coordinator will oversee the day to day coordination of the HIS administration team and provide support to the Administration Supervisor.
The role includes: participating on an on call roster; assistance with rostering including unplanned leave; assistance with filling unplanned vacancies across all shifts (inc. possible weekend or after hours shifts if required); assisting with the recruitment of new administration staff; taking and distributing minutes for staff meetings; and generally supporting the administration team.

**The Team**
The Finance and Resources Division is responsible for financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and analysis, together with our procurement, materials management and facilities management functions. The division also includes Health Information Services with key roles in medical record management, clinical documentation, freedom of information, and external data reporting requirements. These are essential non-clinical services providing high-quality support, advice, monitoring and compliance functions. The team are focussed on delivering the strategic vision within their responsibilities and on assisting the organisation operationally.
