Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of procurement and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and process purchase orders, verifying accurate details and proper authorization.
  • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, confirming they match corresponding purchase orders. Liaise with vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate seamless transactions, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on purchasing activities, invoice processing, and financial transactions for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably involving purchase orders and invoices.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
