Business Administrator

At our care home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 152-bed facility. As a Business Administrator, your responsibilities will include coordinating resident placements, supporting employee services, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Placement: Provide warm and welcoming introductions to prospective residents and their loved ones, handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
  • Employee Service: Support and oversee the employee experience, administering rosters, recruitment activities, and onboarding new starters.
  • Reception/ Admin: Effectively lead the customer and administrative experience, ensuring high standards of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills, with prioritisation and self-direction being key.
