Project Delivery Centre - Build Services Management and support in the creation & maintenance of cost-effective business and delivery processes; tools; reporting; resource synergies across Customer Teams; Remotisation.

PDC Head of Build Services is responsible for:

- Manage & coordinate back office processes within the Build delivery team environment
- Drive and support continuous improvement and contribute to transformation activities in PDC delivery
- Manage development of workflows, systems and tools to support E2E delivery of projects
- Manage the PDC Build demands/scope in conjunction with other MN organizational units e.g. PMO, LDO, Project Teams. [Functions may include: Change Management, Documentation Management, Process Writing, Resource Demand Mgt.; Workflow Design; Acceptance Mgt]
- Manage GDC interface for Remote Site Supervision implementation or additional remotization
- Act as SME for Nokia Build processes, engaging with key stakeholders and contributors to resolving issues
- Track, manage and report on PDC resource demand forecast/actuals including oversight of time allocations, bookings and approvals
- Engaging with Project & PDC end users to understand business requirements, drive development of systems and tools
- Ownership of process documentation capture, review and Qtrly continuous improvement. E.g. invoicing process performance and efficiencies
- Develop and track project delivery quality and performance metrics reporting
- Manage Build Services team creation, development and performance (Onshore & offshore) in supporting PDC delivery
- Support Pre-Sales Bid teams with new works or tenders across Mobile Networks customers
