**Your New Opportunity**:
An excellent **full time**, **permanent** opportunity exists for a **Parts Distribution Centre Manager** to join our dynamic team based at our Wacol, **National Parts Distribution Centre** where you will manage the warehouse facility and support the parts supply chain team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Oversee and have responsibility for the performance of the PDC and strategies to maximise HSE, parts stock control and ensuring the best customer service and achievement of relevant KPI's in the PDC.
- Manage the PDC functions by establishing controls, budgets and systems. This will involve labour, running costs and overall management.
- Oversee and mentor the performance of the Supervisors and Team Leaders within the PDC.
- Manage and have responsibility for all stock in the PDC including stock losses / stocktake.
- Monitor the performance of the PDC policies and procedures for all Parts portfolios.
- Conduct regular structured meetings in line with departmental policies and targets
- Develop and maintain reports on the performance of PDC. Monitor the effectiveness of receiving and dispatch strategies.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the PAU supply chain including the implementation of supply chain initiatives and managing projects.

**About You**:

- Knowledge / background in Distribution Centre management or Supply Chain operations.
- A strong customer service ethos and team spirit.
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Financial and commercial transaction experience;
- Relationship management experience;
- Experience in, delegating, monitoring, motivating a team;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
