As part of the Workforce Planning team, the **Manager Roster Planning **leads a team to optimise crew pairings and rostering, ensuring operational consistency and cost reduction while adhering to regulations and agreements. This role involves strong partnerships with stakeholders, presenting data, and evaluating planning scenarios for the best outcomes. The Regional Workforce Planning function is a Centre of Excellence, crucial for operational efficiency and strategic alignment within Qantas. Responsibilities include producing compliant rosters, supporting business decisions with insights, and mentoring the Crew Rostering team to foster a high-performance culture and achieve strategic objectives.

**You'll have -**
- 5+ years in a similar Workforce Planning role.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments, demonstrating resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding a team and Workforce Planning output.
- Experience working within an Agile environment where deliverables are sized and timely.
- Ability to analyse and synthesise large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information, then develop insights and clearly communicate recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external teams to achieve desired objectives.
- Take ownership of and personal accountability for decisions, actions, and follow-up.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end outcomes involving the management of multiple stakeholders towards a joint objective.
- Team player known for the ability to build rapport and partnerships.
