
Rostering Team Manager

Care for residents and support operations as an After Hours Rostering Coordinator in a residential aged care setting.
This role requires managing after hours rosters, coordinating casual workforce, and ensuring rostering principles are followed to maintain high standards of support and care.
You will work closely with the team to promote utilisation, address gaps, and provide effective communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence minimising absenteeism and accurately assess urgency to backfill.
- Manage absentee calls from employees, shift bidding, and proactively make outbound calls to employees
- Coordinate casual workforce to promote utilisation and address gaps
- Ensure clear communication of shift expectations and escalation procedures
- Sourcing replacements for unplanned leave shifts, ensuring all shifts are filled with suitable employees
- Record after hours roster changes within Humanforce software
- Support Residential Aged Care to fill other types of unfilled shifts (planned leave)
- Review employee working rights and limits when replacing shifts
- Ensure compliance among employees within the roster
- Provide training and guidance on accessing rosters and applying for leave
