The Roster Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning and managing the deployment of support workers to clients. This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date rosters within a data management system.
This position requires excellent customer service skills as the primary point of contact for all clients and support staff. The Roster Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling roster changes, communicating with clients, support staff, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and support staff.
- Managing internal and external relationships to achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in general administration roles, including client management databases.
- Experience with scheduling or transferable skills.
- High level of customer service provision.
- Organisational skills, ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Thorough attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, and ability to relate well to diverse groups.
- Proficient computer skills.
