A new opportunity has arisen within our Support and Service Team for a driven and passionate person who wishes to make a positive difference in less fortunate members of our society.

The full time role is based in our head office in Parramatta and your responsibilities invove the provision of strong Leadership, mentoring and support to the Service Team. This will ensure both new and existing service requirements are met by coordinating the training, supervision, and allocation of appropriate Support Workers, ensuring a high standard of rostering and customer service is provided by the team.

Based in Parramatta (2 mins from the train station), All About Caring has been providing consumer-directed disability support services since 2001. Our mission is to enable our customers to live independently and enhance their quality of life. The individuals we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, with a high proportion of individuals requiring support for complex care.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Support and Services Manager; the Rostering Manager key tasks are:

- Providing support, supervision and training to the Service Team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the completion of their rostering and administration duties, and that a high standard of customer service is provided internally and externally.
- To understand and demonstrate:

- How their work satisfies Client needs
- How organisational direction is developed, and its values incorporated into their work.
- How information is recorded, developed, and communicated to improve care and services
- How to maintain safe work practices
- Mentor the Service Team to ensure they are meeting their expected outcomes and KPI's.
- The ability to run reports and analyse the day-to-day data to ensure a high standard of service provision.
- How to monitor and improve their own performance
- Ensure a positive Team Culture

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a rostering/office based administrative or team leader role.
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Prior experience or exposure to the disability support or aged care sector
- Experience in delivering training or supervising employees.
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
