**THE COMPANY**
Lotus People are very excited to be working with a leading financial services firm. This agile and innovative company have won multiple awards, is a key player in their field and is known for its inclusive, fun culture.

**THE ROLE**
Due to start immediately, this role will see you join the customer service team to manage a high volume of outbound calls. Reach out to customers to update their data, raise system requests and any other adhoc administration required.

You will be based in the office 5 days a week with no wfh opportunities. Join a team of passionate, warm individuals who take pride in their work and excellent company culture.

**THE DUTIES**
- Make a high volume of outbound calls
- Update customer information in the database
- Raise requests as required
- Manage some inbound calls
- Previous contact centre/high volume experience is a must
- Experience within the financial services space is desirable

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
To succeed in this role you will have proven experience in a high-volume contact centre role. Experience within the financial services space is desirable but not a must. You will thrive working in a fast-paced, agile environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team.
