Logistics Coordinator Role

This role is responsible for coordinating outbound deliveries from third-party logistics providers to stores and customers.

  • Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound shipments, resolving shipment discrepancies, and providing systems support to the airport retail logistics team.
  • Liaising with logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of order status and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Controlling and evaluating logistics costs associated with outbound performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and providers.
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and managing annual stocktakes.

In this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in warehouse handling and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
