As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be working as a Relationship Manager, responsible for making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts.

About Your New Role:

In this challenging yet rewarding role, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and varied solutions to customers whose accounts are in arrears. You will work towards finding fair and sustainable solutions to get them back on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to build relationships with customers through rapport and trust
  • Investigating to locate and establish contact with customers who have outstanding accounts
  • Creating positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company
  • Problem-solving and objection handling to ensure successful resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No collections experience required, we provide supportive training to help you succeed in this role
  • Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries where you can apply your excellent communication skills
  • Persistence and resilience to handle challenging conversations and achieve successful outcomes
  • A natural problem solver and solution provider who can think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
