**The Snow Squad Program is an important part of the Ski & Snowboard School**:

- 30 days of coaching
- Ages 4 - 16 years
- Program commences on 28 & 29 June
- 14 days from 5 July - 20 July over the July School Holiday period and;
- Every weekend until 7 Sept 2025 (inclusive)

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ability to handle pressure effectively
- A passion for experiencing new and exciting challenges
- Assist with final groupings
- Make individual group lists for instructors including: any medical details e.g. anaphylaxis, late starters etc.
- Implement Plan B (low snow) if required
- Adjust schedule/replace snow squad instructors as required e.g. interschools, sick etc.
- Liaise with marketing re: dress-up day prizes
- Liaise with Race Dept re: hill space & Snowracer events
- Allocate Buller Kids Assistants to ABOM & BOQ assistants & liaise with ABOM re: lunch
- Ensure policies & procedures & Code of Conduct are adhered to
- Ensure Snow Squad incident reports are completed & followed up
- Ensure EOS reports are written using template
