Snowboard Training Lead

About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced trainer with a strong background in teaching children and adults, as well as excellent communication skills.
- The ideal candidate will have APSI Level 3/4 certification and be able to assess lesson quality and training.
- Plan and deliver quality training outcomes for instructors, focusing on their growth and development.
- Roster training sessions to meet business needs, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
- Liaise with external organizations, such as the Australian Professional Snowsports Instructors (APSI), to maintain partnerships and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Manage new hire processes, including interviewing and training uncertified instructors.
- Lead and develop the Instructor Training Team, addressing performance-related concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Evaluate lesson quality and training, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- APSI Level 3/4 certification (or international equivalent).
- Experience working with children and adults, with a strong focus on teaching and training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
