The Role

We're seeking a
Channel Partner Manager
to drive retention and renewal growth through the partner ecosystem across APAC. Based in Sydney, this hybrid role will see you building and managing relationships with key channel partners, ensuring long-term value and maximising recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow channel partner relationships across APAC.
  • Focus on
    partner-led retention and renewals
    , ensuring strong customer adoption and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with partners to build joint account strategies and renewal playbooks.
  • Develop partner enablement programs to increase engagement and capability.
  • Track and report on partner performance, retention metrics, and revenue outcomes.
  • Act as the key liaison between the vendor and partner ecosystem.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in channel management, alliances, or partner account management within SaaS or FinTech.
  • Strong track record in driving retention, renewals, or recurring revenue growth.
  • Skilled in partner relationship building, negotiation, and joint business planning.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
