**Description**:
As part of our growth we are looking for a **Head of Channel, APAC**who will play an instrumental role to support the Exclaimer Channel team in the APAC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a small channel team focused on growing new business through Microsoft resellers, including CSPs, MSPs, in the APAC region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key Microsoft MSPs and resellers, ensuring they align with Exclaimer's growth objectives.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a specific focus on MSPs and channel resellers, to drive channel sales and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the correct Microsoft MSPs and resellers, ensuring effective co-marketing, communication and coordination.
- Strategically plan and execute the partner program across the APAC region to achieve corporate channel sales objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new (select) channel partners, with a focus on M365 channel resellers and MSPs.
- Work cross-functionally with Exclaimer Sales Executives to support the growth and scale of the channel business.
- Deliver value propositions and key messaging to the partner community, emphasizing the benefits of Exclaimer's solutions.
- Effectively utilize CRM and PRM tools for consistent forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Set and meet ambitious quotas for key partners in the APAC market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and Microsoft ecosystem developments, with a specific focus on MSPs and channel resellers.
- Review, monitor, and report on partner-led deals, ensuring visibility and success.
- Communicate product launches, promotions, and marketing programs to channel partners.
- Execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with partner marketing to drive leads and field engagement.
- Maintain overall responsibility for relationship management with partners.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Proven leadership experience in channel sales, specifically focused on the APAC market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on MSPs and channel resellers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to drive growth through M365 channel reseller partners and MSPs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to driving new engagement models.
