**Your Role**:
The role contributes to define the behavioural analytics solution to optimally meet business needs.

Your role will be customer focussed, results driven, and you will be able to work collaboratively with our people, customers, and partners.

Your role will work across the digital optimisation platform.

**Your Duties and Background**:

- You will enable teams to activate End to End digital experiences for customers and partners
- You will be a leader of the data analysis & systems within larger initiatives/projects to deliver enhanced customer & business outcomes.
- You will review & contribute to technical designs, describing the solution to fulfil functional specifications
- You will identify & capture project risks & issues
- You will support & promote agile ways of working
- You will build effective working relationships with project stakeholders & internal/external vendors

**Your Desirable Criteria**:

- 6 years + of Insurance / IT business analysis experience
- Worked in a mature agile set up
- 2 years or more working in matrix management organisations
- Technical Analysis of front end and API
- Strong Vendor Management
- Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics preferable
- Proficient in SQL, other programming language (eg. R, Python) desirable
