**Technical Business Analyst - $120-140K+ Super + Hybrid Working 3/2 Sydney, CBD**

We are currently working with an impressive financial services business with over 30 years of expertise in mortgage financing, lending, and funds management. They have built a portfolio of over $45 billion dollars of managed assets and have a proven track record of success in the Australian and New Zealand marketplace.

Led by a pragmatic leadership team, the business has continued innovating its products and firmly established itself as a significant force in the wealth & asset finance market.

**The Opportunity.**

This is a great opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join a friendly, collaborative and highly-capable engineering team. This role will involve working closely with the leadership team, the Dev Manager, Head Of IT and business leaders.

The team has grown, and they now require a BA to help in leading the definition, prioritisation and validation of technical requirements, solution designs and system integration for group projects:

- Conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
- Writing User stories and acceptance criteria for the development team to start executing.
- Analysing and documenting as-is and to-be business processes, devising strategies, and implementing process improvements.
- Managing sprints and conducting sprint ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning with the development team, showcases, and retros.
- Preparing release notes and UAT test scenarios for sprints and assisting business users.
- Adding some QA oversight and stepping in where required to review test scenarios and regression testing ensuring it is free of issues.
