Novon is a specialist professional services organisation who are growing our team and are partnering with our high-profile customer to work on a business-critical program. Living our values of Be Innovative, Be Humble and Be Yourself, we are looking to add a Technology Enablement Manager to our Novon Community on a contract role.

**This role is initially for 6 months contract with a possibility to extend.**

**Role Overview**
As a Tech BA / Technology Enablement Manager, you must be able to conduct system analysis by reviewing system/enterprise architecture and technically determine behaviour, structure and other features of the system. You should have experience in development practices such as Design Patterns, Test-Driven Development, and Behaviour-Driven Development. Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to interact effectively with team members.

**Skills & experience**:

- Technical system analysis
- Enterprise architecture reviews
- Ability to develop practices such as design patterns, TDD & BDD
- Cloud experience in AWS
- Strong technical background, can be tech BA
- Excellent soft skills & agile experience
- Technical skills; API, Integration, Postman, Swagger, Jira/Confluence
