We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping secure, compliant, and effective business solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, and business units to deliver on a large program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for security and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Analyse current and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure business requirements align with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
  • Facilitate workshops and act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support testing, including UAT, with a focus on compliance outcomes and secure solution design.
  • Mentor junior BAs and contribute to BA practice maturity.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex projects.
  • Strong background in security, risk, or compliance-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Industry knowledge in financial services, government, or other regulated sectors (desirable).
