**About us**
Visa Managed Services (VMS) is the delivery arm of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team. We draw on our expertise in strategy, consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations and delivery plans to improve client performance. The VMS team is specialised in building teams that work within our client's businesses to drive results.
**About your role**
Embedded within the client's business, you'll enjoy working in a collaborative Tech Squad, delivering against a clear roadmap that will deliver results for the client.
- You are Motivated by delivery and with a high attention to detail. Work along the full lifecycle of software development from roadmap creation, scoping, requirement gathering, story creation, build and test to working production.
- Take ownership of planning, analysing, designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining - in adherence to development standards and guidelines.
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communicate visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design concepts. Present design concepts to Senior Leadership and external partners
- Endorse the client's ways of working, define the operating model, run and lead different ceremonies with the team.
- Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively from inception through to project implementation and optimization.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
**Qualifications** What you will need to be successful**:
- 5+ years' experience within a BA role
- Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and provide constant assessment of progress.
- Gather requirements from a broad array of stakeholders.
- Map "As-Is" user journeys and assist in developing "To-Be" experiences.
- Document decisions and map to requirements
- Experience working with User Stories and Product Backlog Management. Support Product Owners in the constant grooming of a backlog
- Work with technical analysts as required to support the functional specifications and testing.
- Provide input and assistance in training and stakeholder communication activities.
- Maintain a backlog of initiatives sponsored by various stakeholders that is prioritised with a strong alignment to business value.

- Document a range of system, process and policy implementations for operational handover
