**Our Opportunity**

Due to continuous growth, we are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our Mining team to deliver a pipeline of electrical projects including transportable substations and conveyor systems. This is a full-time permanent position based in our Thornton, NSW office.

Your duties will include:

- Planning and coordination with subcontractors and production teams for the design and construction of electrical projects.
- Monitor and control resources and works, ensuring it aligns with relevant resource schedules.
- Proactively Identify and resolve material flow issues with the production team.
- Liaise with engineers and production team leaders to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor budgets and create and share reports with all relevant stakeholders.

**The Right Person**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or Electrical/Mechanical Trade Qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in a position that requires a consultative approach and stakeholder management.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to get things done.
