As a Business Transformation Lead you will work closely with Executive and leadership teams to develop and lead transformation plans across the organisation to drive initiatives that support the business achieving its key objectives.

**Key Skills**
- The ability to initiate, scope and manage the delivery of projects for identified process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Strong stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills in order to successfully manage the improvement of and transfer of ownership for improved processes to process owners/managers
- Provide direction, empower, motivate and develop others in order to achieve business unit, group and organisational goals.
- Champion strategic, end to end process initiatives within and across Units
- Foster a partnership approach to working with the other teams across the organisation and the key business stakeholders
