About the Role

This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective change management strategies, leveraging their expertise in organisational development and project governance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have experience in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver communications plans
  • Conduct impact analysis and stakeholder analysis to inform change decisions
  • Refine the change management framework and assist in its adoption
  • Design a roadmap for embedding and maturing change management practices
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications
  • Demonstrated end-to-end change management experience working on complex/large projects
  • Prosci certification and demonstrated use of the ADKAR model
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
