Transformation Specialist

A transformation specialist is required to lead and manage change programs resulting in successful outcomes.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in managing full project lifecycles, stakeholder engagement, communication, and translating technical requirements into tangible change plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in change management, familiarity with Prosci or similar methodologies, strong time management skills, and thrive in agile environments. Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence & Jira is also an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating structured change plans
  • Facilitating training and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working
  • Supporting leaders, people, processes, and technology transitions

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of change management experience
