Strategic Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary professional to drive business and digital transformation in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading large-scale transformations, with expertise in strategic people and culture change, as well as a deep understanding of the economy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic guidance on our transformation journey, leveraging your experience in leading complex projects and programs.
- Support the development of workforce and volunteer management models, ensuring they align with our goals and values.
- Contribute to our economic outlook and positioning, providing insights on capital markets and the future value of engineering.
The successful appointee will possess strong leadership skills, including integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, passion, and enthusiasm. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This appointment is for 2 years, with potential for re-appointment by the Board at its discretion. The required time commitment includes approximately 30 days per annum for meetings and preparation, excluding travel time.
