**Responsibilities**:
and Authorities (i) To perform the duties of the position according to documented Procedures and Work Instructions.

(ii) To be aware of Quality Assurance in all daily work activities and follow the rules of prevention.

(iii) To report all Non conformances and problems to your Supervisor on a Nonconformance and Corrective Action report.

(iv) To not accept nonconformance and poor workmanship from fellow employees.

(v) To be aware of company Safety Regulations and to perform all duties in a safe manner.

(vi) To stop and to report all discovered unsafe practices.

Main Duties (i) To perform Routine Rock Properties laboratory tests unsupervised, according to documented Work Instructions, after training in these tests, using only properly calibrated and maintained equipment.

(ii) To be fully aware of the time schedule for every test assigned to you and to perform those tests according to schedule. Update the Group Leader and if there is a delay or problem, immediately inform the Group Leader.

(iii) To not proceed with laboratory tests or other assigned duties if instructions are unclear, if training has been insufficient and/or if equipment is not calibrated.

(iv) To attend training seminars, read background technical papers and request technical assistance from senior staff when required.

(v) To fully complete all worksheets, data forms, records and administrative forms legibly according to documented examples, and to distribute or file these in the appropriate location.

(vi) To work as a member of the laboratory team and communicate all information effectively.

(vii) Perform other duties as and when requested.
