We're looking for an experienced Repairs Coordinator to join our high performing Service Team on the Brisbane.

In this role you will oversee and co-ordinate the activities of a major repairs team, with a focus on holding to account your activities as they carry out scheduled and proactive repair work across the Gold Coast. This role reports to the Field Service Manager, Brisbane.

What will you be doing?
- Planning and delivering repair works
- Technician rostering
- Skill development of team
- Material inventory control
- Customer liaison
- Ensuring KONE Field Tool device compliance
- Updating of repairs data base tool, updating of shutdown tool
- Assisting the Field Service Manager with all ad-hoc operational support

What are we looking for?
- Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
- Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications desirable
- Experience supervising, ideally a team of mechanical and electrical tradespeople
- Proven Success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
- Driver's license
- Lift industry experience minimum 2 years preferred
- Demonstration and technical abilities in dealing with breakdowns is highly advantageous
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
