Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to manage the flow of jewellery repairs. This role will involve coordinating and tracking repairs, ensuring efficient delivery and invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on repair bookings and timelines.
  • Perform quality checks on completed repairs.
  • To issue quotes for repairs and track approvals from stores.
  • Following up on expected job completions and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Building relationships with stores and suppliers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the administrative tasks of invoicing and packaging completed repairs.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Effective administration skills.
