We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Repair Coordinator, based out of our Fortitude Valley HQ.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepair coordinator position will see you:
- Working under a Project Manager to support the repair supervisors and assist with ensuring your team hits targets.
- Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.
- Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.
- Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
- Actively celebrating the team success
- Strong written and verbal skills, confident to answer and make calls in what can be a high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer service and ability to handle a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures.
- A talent for problem solving and providing fast, effective solutions.
- Eager to expand knowledge within the construction and insurance industry
- Full training provided in all aspects of internal processes, procedures, and software.
