Our Head Office is seeking an assistant operations person.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires you to assist in the day to day operations of the head office store.

The responsibilities of this position could include, but is not limited to:

- General administrative duties
- Assisting in day to day management and operations of a rug store/warehouse.
- The distribution and dispatch of the rugs to the other stores and customers
- You will provide supervision, direction and guidance to our younger team members in the warehouse.
We require somebody with a strong work ethic, good numerical skills, pays attention to detail and is physically fit.

**Desired skills and knowledge**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of sound customer service principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
