Casual Cert III and Diploma Educators – Central Coast

We're currently seeking proactive Educators to join the casual team at our Early Childhood service on the picturesque NSW Central Coast

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
• Ability and motivation to build and foster positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Flexible availability across the week during service operational days and hours
• ACECQA approved Cert III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards either qualification, depending on experience, and capacity
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
