Cert III and Diploma Educators – Central Coast

We are currently seeking sensational Educators to join the team at our stunning Early Childhood service located on the NSW Central Coast

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Motivation to build and maintain strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Demonstrated recent experience in the sector
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• ACECQA-approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards)
• Available for a permanent full-time position across all service operational hours, or permanent part-time, and able to be flexible as required
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).

Please note: Candidates with recognised Early Childhood Teaching degrees paired with relevant experience will also be strongly considered for our Preschool room position.
