About Us

Connect Children and Families is a not-for-profit organisation supporting families across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury, and Western Sydney.

At our Bunya Early Childhood Centre in Winmalee, we've been a trusted part of the local community for over 30 years. We provide high-quality early education and care for up to 54 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Our team is committed to creating nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environments where children can thrive—physically, socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

About the Role

We're seeking Casual Educators (Cert III or Diploma qualified) to join our team and support our play-based, child-led approach to early learning.

You'll work within the Circle of Security model, helping children lead their day while building strong, trusting relationships and supporting their individual development.

What You'll Do


• Collaborate with families to support children's wellbeing


• Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs


• Conduct observations and contribute to curriculum planning


• Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What You'll Need


• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care


• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification


• Working with Children Check (NSW) and National Police Check


• Passion for nurturing children in their early years
