Due to internal promotions, we are now seeking a self-driven individual to become our new Junior Customer Liaison Officer based in our Head Office in Brisbane South (Kingston)

The Role:

Reporting to our Finance Manager and your key responsibility will be liaising with customers to ensure billing is completed on time and within contract obligations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Obtaining customer purchase orders
  • Maintaining job and customer records within Star Scaffolds business systems
  • Customer invoicing
  • Customer credit and claims processing
  • Debtor calls
  • Office administration duties including customer queries, phone support and general office duties
To be successful in this role you will need a confident and professional manner along with the ability to develop and maintain workable relationships both internally and externally with our valued customers. Our to the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills or experience:
  • Relevant customer liaison experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Communication skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes
  • Confident, self-motivated and with the ability to multi-task
  • Resilience in managing difficult situations
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in the Building and/or Hire industry will be highly regarded
