What we need
A highly motivated Customer Services Officer to join our friendly team

This position is Full Time.

What will you do?
As the Customer Services Officer you will have the opportunity to:

- First point of contact to our wonderful residents and visitors entering the facility
- Front Office reception duties including answer phone calls and queries
- Data Entry and record keeping
- Administration tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Mail handling and distribution
- Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers both internally and externally
- Other administrative duties to support the Regional Operations Manager and Management Team.

What you bring to the role

- Genuine interest to work in an administrative role
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service environment (desirable)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A can-do attitude with the ability to learn and grow on the job
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner
- A desire to work in the not-for-profit sector in a rewarding environment
