Our Property & Commercial team advises on a broad range of transactions across Queensland and interstate, acting for developers, small to medium businesses, and private clients.

The Role

We are seeking a candidate to join our Specialised Property & Commercial Team and looking to commence their career in law or find a role that offers both mentoring and career advancement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn and develop their skills in property and corporate transactional work while working alongside senior lawyers and partners.

Key Work Areas
  • Property transactions in both Queensland, NSW and Victoria
  • Property developments, including off-the-plan projects

  • Corporate and commercial transactional matters

  • SMSF transactions, on-sales and other general property matters

  • Advising clients across a range of industries on structuring, due diligence, and contracts

About You

Ideal position for

  • a lawyer recently admitted in Queensland (or eligible for admission)
  • a recent graduate or a law student coming towards the end of their degree;
  • someone with a drive to learn and develop their skills
  • commercial acumen and a proactive client service approach
  • An interest in property development or corporate transactions (advantageous but not essential)

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the team's success

  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa/permit to work in Australia
