About the role

Zande Law is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our North Lakes team and contribute to our growing Wills, Estates and Family Law practice. This is a full-time role based in our North Lakes office, with the possibility of some remote work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of Wills, Estates and Family Law matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Family Law agreements
  • Handling probate and estate administration matters
  • Assisting clients with divorce, property settlements, and child custody issues
  • Collaborating with the broader legal team to ensure a cohesive and client-focused approach
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Continuously developing your legal expertise and staying abreast of industry changes

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
  • Admitted or eligible for admission as a lawyer in Queensland
  • 2 plus years of post-admission experience in Wills, Estates and Family Law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
