We are seeking a law graduate or newly admitted solicitor with experience in family law and/or crime.
This position is to commence as soon as practicable.

About The Role
You will work closely with our Director on all matters.
Within the family law aspect, you will advise clients on parenting arrangements, property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, divorce and separation.
You will also be exposed to Family Law trials, mediations and Court appearances.
Within the criminal law aspect, you will appear at the Magistrates and District Court for Mentions, Sentences and Bail Applications.

We are a firm located in Maroochydore, on the Sunshine Coast.
Our main areas of practice include Family Law, Criminal Law and Domestic Violence Law.
This role is ideal for a law graduate currently completing PLT or a 1-2 POA Solicitor.

To be considered for the role we require:
The ability to prioritise and manage workflow;
A high attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communicational skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
A high level of initiative, and a pro-active approach;
The ability to manage several priority matters simultaneously and autonomously.
