Located in central Caboolture, Armfield O'Brien Law has been operating since 2018.
We are seeking a lawyer to join our fast growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in matters related to all aspects of family law, including parenting and property matters, drafting consent orders and binding financial agreements, assisting clients in dispute resolution, and domestic violence matters.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate must have completed their Bachelor of Laws and be able to demonstrate:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
An ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team;
An ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a busy work environment; and
Advanced computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Key duties include
Providing expert legal advice and representation including attending court and instructing Counsel;
Managing client files accurately and efficiently from start to finish; and
Maintaining professionalism and high standards of service.
