Your Role
You will be part of a dynamic team as our key link between Jo Traikos Promotions our Brand Ambassadors, the Duty-Free Retailers and our Luxury Global Spirits and Wine Partners. In addition, provide support to our other luxury category brand partners we represent in Perfume, Skin Care, Cosmetics, Fashion, Health & Well Being and Confectionary. You will be based at Sydney International Airport within the Duty-Free Stores.
You will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all key partners & stakeholders, manage & develop a high performing team of Brand Ambassadors at Sydney International Airport.
Other responsibilities include:
- Management of rosters, annual leave, recruitment and performance reviews
- Customer Service, Sales and Training Management of Brand Ambassadors within Duty-Free Stores whist driving Operational Excellence and Service Standards to achieve sales, market share and goals.
- Ability to deliver growth in revenue and ongoing business by successfully managing existing and new partner relationships.
- Communicate market trends and the assessment of sales data.
- Support the strategic sales and marketing plans developed by Jo Traikos Promotions and our Premium Brands to achieve growth and market share.
- Communicate and submit timely reports on the progress and development of the BA teams, stock and tasting programs, activations and marketing activity in the Duty-Free Stores.
- Virtual and F2F Training and development of a highly skilled Brand Ambassador team.
About you:
- Previous experience in Duty-Free/Travel Retail and or Spirits and Wine industry would be highly advantageous.
- Ability 'To Wear Several Hats'
- Dynamic, Fun, Outgoing, Confident and a TRUE Passion and Love for Customer Service and People
- Exceptional Relationship and Business Development skills
- Positive attitude, Honest with a 'Can do Attitude'.
- Strong People Management, Leadership and Interpersonal skills
- Mandarin Speaking is an advantage but not essential
- Long term and Stability
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing daily priorities.
- Well-developed written and verbal commercial communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strength in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
