The Role
As an 
IT Support Officer
, you'll be pivotal in delivering superior IT service excellence to our users across Australia and New Zealand. You'll coordinate IT support, assist with store rollouts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk requests, resolving or escalating within SLA timeframes.
  • Manage Windows directory updates for user setups, changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinate ICT services for new/refurbished store setups, including POS, Data, Telephony, and EFTPOS.
  • Repair or replace faulty hardware and resolve software configuration issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate registers for mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and software licenses.
  • Ensure system and data security are consistently maintained.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 1-2 years in IT support
  • Technical Skills
    : Freshdesk, Microsoft Suites, Windows directory management, and helpdesk experience.
  • Competencies
    : Customer-focused, organised, adaptable, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred
    : Experience with Pronto and ITIL frameworks.
